OBJECTIVES:

A secure community; restricted in access and monitored.

GATED ENTRY

• Replace / update call box system; ensure safety upgrades are in place.

• Operate and maintain to assure controlled access (monitor - camera)

• Change gate code at least annually, ICW annual meeting.

• Manage member access through issue and management of codes and remote entry devices.

RESTRICTED ACCESS (PRIVATE PROPERTY)

• Post the property as private. Coordinate with property owners for posting at possible entry points throughout the community boundary.

• Energize Neighborhood Watch Program - Update and publish RRR Directory.  Include social networking using NEXTDOOR for urgent notifications.

• Provide RRR vehicle decals to members and promote use.
