OBJECTIVES:

Administration services provided to sustain quality; programmed and funded by the membership.

  • Maintain up-to-date accounting of POA owner/members.

  • Maintain legal, accounting, and other services to fulfill requirements of the association.

  • Email, web site, and meetings to ensure an informed membership according to state law.

  • Ensure architectural control as outlined in Covenants 

  • Monitor / enforce Covenants and Restrictions and Rules.

  • Ensure restrictions (such as RV Parking) are enforced and waivers documented as appropriate.

  • Establish a special committee to address light restrictions (minimize light pollution) and recommend changes needed in the Association Declarations to the Board of Directors for implementation.
