OBJECTIVES:
Administration services provided to sustain quality; programmed and funded by the membership.

Maintain up-to-date accounting of POA owner/members.

Maintain legal, accounting, and other services to fulfill requirements of the association.

Email, web site, and meetings to ensure an informed membership according to state law.

Ensure architectural control as outlined in Covenants

Monitor / enforce Covenants and Restrictions and Rules.

Ensure restrictions (such as RV Parking) are enforced and waivers documented as appropriate.

Establish a special committee to address light restrictions (minimize light pollution) and recommend changes needed in the Association Declarations to the Board of Directors for implementation.
