Parks
- Maintain quality of Arrowhead Park park ... establish as baseline for other parks.
- Limit access to Bennett Branch Park... Continue to monitor use of park and assess way ahead.
- Establish trail access to McBryde Crossing Park near bridge... provide minimal facilities.
- Improve new park acreage near entrance (once approved by general membership)
- picnic areas
- lighted pavilion with restroom facilities
Trails
- Mark and maintain trails
- Provide members a map of all trails and commons.
Entrance
- Maintain entrance area to include vegetation, lighting, and gated entry.
- Monitor expansion of HWY 195 and affect safe entry and exit from the community.
- Control and monitor access. (Security and convenience)
