Culvert Compliance
Posted 02/12/05
A survey of homes built or being built at River Ridge Ranch reveals that compliance with our covenants is not consistent.
This letter is a reminder of the requirement in the RRR covenants to have headers or retainers installed on each end of a culvert (tinhorn), bridge or crossing installed by a lot owner. The purpose is to prevent erosion and to dress up the culvert ends. For your information, this is consistent with the requirements established for property owners in Bell County.
This requirement for RRR may be found under Article III, Section 15 on page 12 of our covenants.
Request you comply with the requirements of the covenants NLT 30 August 2005. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
For the Architectural Committee,
Jay Gross
