- Maintain quality of Arrowhead Park park...establish as baseline and standard for other parks.
- Maintain all parks (Bennett Branch Park; Arrowhead Park; McBryde Crossing Park; Overlook Park) to standard. Limit access, post liability limitations, cut grass as appropriate, and maintain and clean as required.
- Repair access to Bennett Park and upgrade to standard.
- Improve trail to McBryde Crossing Park.
- Provide limited seating (benches) at Overlook Park (do not generate parking issue)

- Mark trail entrances
- Maintain trails
- Provide members a map of all trails and commons and post to website.
Community Entrance
- Maintain and upgrade where applicable community entrance to include vegetation, lighting, and gated entry.
- Control and monitor access. (Security and convenience for members)
